• All employees must comply with all policies and procedures contained in the employee manual as well as conduct themselves in an ethicl manner. Direct Staff's primary duties include assisting individuals with all activities of daily living, assisting/preparing balanced meals, administering medications as prescribed, assisting individuals in exploring their community, and participating in leisurely activities.
